Así inicia la visita de Obama a Cuba [+Fotos]

El mandatario estadounidense Barack Obama inició este domingo una visita histórica a Cuba, como el primer presidente de Estados Unidos que pisa la isla en 88 años.

Obama llegó a las 20H25 GMT al aeropuerto José Martí de La Habana, acompañado de su esposa, Michelle, y sus dos hijas. El canciller Bruno Rodríguez lo recibió bajo la lluvia y después salió rumbo a la embajada.

Durante la visita, que se extenderá hasta el martes, cuando seguirá viaje a Argentina, está previsto que Obama recorra la Habana Vieja, una ofrenda floral a José Martí, un discurso público y el juego de béisbol entre Cuba y Tampa Bay.
